Diamonds is the keystone of the precious stones in the world. Do we ask our self how they mining diamond? In the following, I will talk about the history of diamond, where they got it and diamond trade.

The first point to consider is diamond trader. To clarify, Dubai has been grown to be the as a diamond hub. To illustrate, Dubai Government try to attract diamond traders by giving him Special privileges. Another fact is government removed the obstacles faced by diamond dealers. To illustrate, development of the diamond trade and revenues reached $ 1 billion pound. Another point considers is India is one of the most important countries for diamonds. India is an important country in the extraction and export of diamonds in Asia. 90% of the world’s rough diamonds are cut and they pay their labors 40 Cents only. Furthermore, Antwerp it associated by Jewish society, so this companies were working on the same things and Jewish Controls about 80%. Finally, the UAE give a lot of support for Diamond Company and traders in order to improve diamond trade.

In conclusion, everybody known that diamond is a precious stones and it’s very expensive, so fans buy it for his wife before marring or for a special occasion. As result, the diamond trade has become a famous and prosperous.

Beirut is the capital of Lebanon; it is nicknamed as "Paris of the Middle East" because of the French occupation and the effects of language and style of building. It has been known in as the land of milk and honey. In the following, I will write about Lebanon in past and nowadays.

In 1943, there was an increase in tensions between Muslims and Christians. At that time, Christians held the balance of power and Lebanon Muslims had little say in the running of the country. But in 1948 after the Arab-Israeli war, Muslims refugees left for Lebanon from Palestine. In 1975, the tensions reached their peak because the Phalange a Christian group attacked and killed a bus of Palestinians in downtown Beirut. In addition, troops went to live on different side in the country. In 1982, the Israeli army invaded the city with the aim of removing the Palestine Liberation Organization. In 1989 a peace deal was reached. There were a lot of human and economic costs to this conflict. Between 150-200 thousand were killed, 300,000 were wounded and the economy was paralyzed.

Nowadays, after the civil war finish, there was a social and economic recovery in Beirut like the building of highways to carry high-speed traffic. Building cranes are everywhere, and US-style shopping malls have sprouted up across the city. Some current problems in the country are too much money being made in the hand of a few and unemployment remains very high.

In conclusion, Lebanon now is one of the beautiful countries in the world, also its attractive place for tourism, because Lebanon had many nice views and areas of archaeological.

Global warming is the phenomenon of high temperature in the environment as a result of a change in the thermal energy from the environment to another, and global warming is a real source of concern on a global scale. In the view of many of the official and scientific, if not taken decisive action to reduce the emission of gases harmful to the environment, this will inevitably lead to aggravation of the phenomenon. Exacerbate global warming, which threatens the melting of the frozen layers of snow areas, and also threaten the extinction of many species of birds and plants. This essay will examine the problem of global warming and suggest some solutions for it.

Many problems could result from global warming. One the biggest is release of methane from wetlands and tundra in the Arctic because methane is a greenhouse gas that helps to raise the temperature in the atmosphere. Yet another natural cause is that the earth goes through the change of climate, for example climate change every 40,000 years. When fossil fuels are burned they give off a green house gas called CO2 (Man-made Causes1). A final issue associated with modern agriculture practices employed to barred animals.
There are various ways to measure solutions for global warming. One major point which is best fuel economy class. Look for new technologies like hybrid engines. If you own more than one vehicle, use the less fuel-efficient one only when you can fill it with passengers (Ten Personal Solutions to Global Warming2). Yet another point considers which is reorganization society and technology that leave the remaining fossil fuels safely underground. Finally, we must choose clean power, for example you can change to electricity companies that provide renewable energy. Our elected officials and business leaders need to hear from concerned citizens (Ten Personal Solutions).
In conclusion, is noteworthy that the globe is now living a lot of climatic changes due to high pollution levels caused by global warming, leading to changes affecting the path of storms and rainfall, as well as the start of the melting of ice in the Arctic and mountain regions. There are many proposals to reduce this dangerous phenomenon by reducing logging. Scientists, governments and individuals must work together to overcome this serious threat.

Task 6: One Planet Living and Cool Cities

United Arab Emirates contributed to the development of roads and cities, as we see it, this development brought with it the problems and solutions growth. Now I will talk about credibility of the contribution made by some modern cities in relation to the phenomenon of global warming. I will end up by conclude my writing on the following subject.
First, I will talk about the buildings problems. Let’s first take a look at how modern cities contribute to climate change. One major point is that there are no spaces between them, water supply and dust. “It’s called solar build-up (Mr. Evenden). Yet another problem which is transportations, number of cars are increasing .For example, number of population growth are increasing.” It’s about giving people choices in thy why space changes throughout the year” (Mr. Evenden).
Now I’m going to write about the solutions. One very important point is that they must build a new ways to reduce traffic congestion. “reduces the cooling load by creating positive pressures on the whole building”. (Adid Moubadder). Another point which is Masder Shades, recycled cool air creates semi outdoor boulevards Traffic congestion. (Cool city).
Overall, theses cities is a practical solution for the climate change issue. The solutions mentioned above are very useful and help a lot in reducing the impact of heat to the earth. In my opinion I think this solution is practically useful for the environment but the cost of these cities are very expensive especially for the poor countries.

Blog Project: Carbon Footprint
There are various ways to measure our impact on the earth from an environmental standpoint. One of these ways is by way of our carbon footprint. In the following report, I will define what a carbon footprint is, show how a carbon footprint is measured, show how I rank in comparison to others, my country and the world as a whole and finally I will make some suggestions as to how we can reduce our carbon footprints.
Let’s now look at best to define what a carbon footprint is. A carbon footprint is a means of measuring our group of greenhouse gases caused directly and indirectly. “The total set of GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions caused directly and indirectly by an individual, organization, event or product” (Carbon footprint 1).
There are many ways to measure carbon footprint. One way which are how many bad rooms that we spend in our house? Yet another point is that the salary we got it per month. Third point is the water consumption by swimming pool. Finally, the temperature in your house must be worm.
Now I will rank compared with my classmates. I ranked in 2.26 between my friends, and I ranked in 4th. Abdulla Salem ranked in 2.725 but Sultan Hanash ranked 1.84 compeering to Hassan Al Braiki who’s ranked 4.57. Finally Selah Al Amri ranked 2.2.
I think we should reduce carbon footprint by reduce the water for example (Fill the kettle with only as much water as you need) (Reduce Your Carbon Footprint1) .There are many ways to measure carbon footprint. Another point which is Electricity consumption by how many TV’s used in houses. Yet another point is that water consumption by Crop irrigation and having shower more than 2 times a day. Third point is that how many times you spend Oil consumption annually. Finally, when you go out you have to switch off the electricity.
In brief, this report helped me to primarily become more aware of my impact on the environment and take into consideration ways that I can also benefit the environment by becoming a responsible energy user.

Al Gore, the host, was the vice-president of the United States in the Clinton Administration. He first took an interest in climate change in grade school and has continued to take an interest in this subject as a politician. In this documentary, he highlights the relationship between the emission of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and the corresponding temperatures over a 650,000 year period. Let's now take a look at some of the major results of global warming according to Gore's presentation.

This most significant result we can see due to climate change is with regard to natural disasters. .There are a lot of results and the factors that have had the breadth of the ozone hole. First the emergence of the phenomenon of global warming. Another point which is the sea-level rise during the last century from 0.3-0.7 feet. Next point is the temperature increased between 0.4 - 0.8 ° C during the last century, according to the report of the International Commission on Climate Change of the United Nations.

Furthermore, the results of global warming, the extinction of many species of birds and plants. The experts emphasized that some 70 species of frogs have become extinct because of climate change, and dangers of between 100 to 200 species of animals living in cold regions. Finally, And the risk that lead to global melting snow on the ground at the poles and some have already started to snow melt in the Green Land and the Alps, and imagine that the snow starts melting in the high temperature at the Earth of 0.6 degrees, and 4 to 5 degrees.
To sum up, Al Gore says that although the situation regarding global warming papers dire, he does speak passionately looking forward to the future with hope. His presentation concludes with parting nuggets of practical advice as to how man can play a role in curbing climate clang.

Global warming is clearly showing that it’s one of the main modern problems which are caused by many various reasons. The effects of global warming are very dangerous and scientists are searching for solutions to these problems. This essay will discuss some of the various causes and effects of global warming.
The first cause of global warming is the carbon dioxide emission from power plants and factories. The harmful effects to the environment caused by the carbon dioxide lead to global warming. Another cause of global warming is the deforestation. The Cutting down of wood decreases the amount of oxygen in the environment which damages the o-zone.
The causes of global warming have its effects. The first effect of global warming is the increase of temperature which causes the North Pole to melt gradually and the world in general. Another effect of global warming is that diseases will spread; Insects due to northern countries getting warm will carry diseases bringing plague and diseases with them to all over the world.
In brief, Global warming is expanding and the world should try to cut down anything that could be a factor of global warming.
